What’s your favourite sea creature?
Are you a Common Seal lover, a Humboldt Penguin fancier or a Clownfish groupie? Perhaps it’s the mysterious Sea Dragon or the clever Common Octopus that you love the most. Maybe you simply can’t decide! Here at Scarborough SEA LIFE and Marine Sanctuary you can make up your mind and see them all - from the curious and the rescued to the rare and the enigmatic. And you’ll be able to get closer to them than ever before.
The new sea turtle rescue centre is well worth a visit
Many of the creatures are on the endangered list, have been rescued and cannot be released into the wild or have been born and bred as part of conservation projects at Scarborough SEA LIFE and Marine Sanctuary. All of them are beautiful.
The Sea Life Centre is about 15 -20minutes walk from Hotel Catania, along the seafront, or you could take the miniature railway.
